1. The seller and what this covers
This policy applies to payments for the paid Team plan of Hardi AI, provided by Deviantce (the company). The company's representative is Bin Heo, and its address is 401, 8-11 Baekjegobun-ro 41-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul 05621, Republic of Korea.
For card payments the seller is our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles refunds of card payments, and whichever of this policy and Paddle's refund policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) is more favorable to the buyer applies. Card payment is not open yet. It will open soon.
For payments by tax invoice (bank transfer) the seller is the company.
A Solo workspace and Team Free cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Refunds
If you ask within 7 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full. It does not matter whether you used the service in that time.
After 7 days, if you cancel you keep the Team plan until the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. If you stop using it before the period ends and ask for a refund, the unused days are refunded in proportion.
Removed seats take effect from the next billing period, and the remaining period of a removed seat is not refunded.
Where applicable law gives a wider right to a refund or to withdraw, the law applies.
3. Cancellation
The workspace owner can cancel at any time. Ask the contact in section 6 to cancel.
Cancelling does not delete the workspace or its data. When the paid period ends the workspace returns to Team Free, and paying again brings back the Team plan.
4. How to ask and what happens
Ask for a refund or a cancellation at deviantcemaster@gmail.com and include the workspace address and the date of the payment.
A refund of a payment by tax invoice (bank transfer) is sent back to the account it came from within 3 business days of the request, and the tax invoice is corrected and issued again.
A refund of a card payment is returned by Paddle to the payment method used. If you ask us, we pass the request to Paddle; you can also ask Paddle (https://paddle.net) directly.
5. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the effective date and what changes on this page.
